Jessie Linsdey | Property Manager
Jessie’s passion for real estate began in 2013 with the purchase of her first property. After closely following the market, she transitioned from a successful 10-year career in transportation and logistics to pursue her real estate license as soon as the opportunity arose.
Jessie works closely with investors, offering local expertise in the Central Indiana market. She assists with buying and selling investment properties, creative financing solutions, as well as project and property management. In addition to working with investors, she also advocates for owner-occupied buyers and sellers, guiding them through their real estate journey.
Jessie is dedicated to helping others achieve their real estate goals with integrity, always adhering to the golden rule. She resides in Indianapolis with her husband, daughter, and two doodles. Outside of real estate, Jessie enjoys exploring new culinary experiences, cooking for friends and family, raising awareness of infant and pregnancy loss, and staying active in her local church.

Nathaniel Nuneza | Accountant
Nathaniel Nuneza is a dedicated professional, married with four children—three daughters and one son. With a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy, Nathaniel began his career as a virtual assistant eight years ago, gaining valuable experience in administrative tasks.
Four years ago, he transitioned into property management, starting with Yardi software. Despite having no prior experience with the platform, Nathaniel’s commitment and his client’s guidance enabled him to quickly master its functionalities. This experience deepened his appreciation for reliable and user-friendly tools in the rental business.
Motivated to enhance his expertise, Nathaniel independently researched and mastered Buildium, another leading property management platform. Today, he provides exceptional service to clients using both Buildium and Yardi, leveraging his technical skills and hands-on experience to excel in the property management field.
